Overview

KN-6201 Intake Valve Deposit Tester (IDV) conforms to ASTM D6201 Standard Test Method for Dynamometer Evaluation of Unleaded Spark-Ignition Engine Fuel for Intake Valve Deposit Formation. This test method covers an engine dynamometer test procedure for evaluation of intake valve deposit formation of unleaded spark-ignition engine fuels. This test method uses a Ford Ranger 2.3L four-cylinder engine. This test method includes detailed information regarding the procedure, hardware, and operations.

Features

1. After all preparation is being done, test will be proceeded automatically (temperature control, air flow rate control, stream flow rate control, time control and cooling fan control). After the test, the tester will do prompt by its indicator light.

2. The tester will do the test strictly follows the standard requirements, no need manual operation,all test procedures are automatic.

3. Touch screen operation, be able to check the test data easily

4. If during the test, over temperature occurs, the tester will stop the test and do prompt by indicator light
